The full 13% HST back on a new home — now law.

Ontario's enhanced HST rebate was enacted in June 2026: agreements signed April 1, 2026 – March 31, 2027 recover the full 13% HST on a new home up to $1M — and every home we sell is well under that. Depending on your agreement, owner-occupants may have it credited at closing (handled by the manufacturer and your lawyer); investors claim it through the CRA after closing. Your lawyer confirms your eligibility — we'll tell you what it's worth on your actual price.
